Today, we are so blessed with so many desserts. Yesterday night, N made her famous pudding to be served when her friends came to our house at noon and of course, L and I got our scoops to the pudding as well. Ira, my friend who got me into this epicure journey, also gave us today her famous tiramisu which she keeps the recipe just for herself (she gave me the recipe three years ago but I lost it and sadly, she now refuses to tell me again.
Later at night, L and N got back from their outing (unfortunately, I had to stay home supposedly to study) and brought home Corica’s Apple Struddle. And this is how the struddle looks like.
When I was in Singapore couple years ago, I had a chance to taste an apple struddle and at that time, I thought, it was the best struddle I had ever had, and after I ate the Corica’s, the award still goes to that of Singapore. The reason is because this one is too sweet and I like it better if they use cream instead of custard.
